If you’ve forgotten your password or want to create a new one for security reasons, you can easily reset it using the Sprintax password reset process.
Changing your password:
Step 1: Log in to your Sprintax account: https://calculus.sprintax.com/
Step 2: Go to Account Settings -> Navigate towards the right upper corner of your page and click on Manage Account.
Step 3: Click on 'Security Settings':
Step 4: Navigate to the Change Password section and click on 'Edit' to edit your current password:
Reseting your forgotten password:
To reset your password you have to click on 'Forgot password?' and then enter your email address:
Once you've successfuly entered your email address, you should receive an automated email to your inbox with a special link through which you will be able to enter a new password.
Tip: In case you're unable to locate such email, please ensure to check your Spam/Junk folder.
