The system says my SSN/ITIN already exists

Please note that this can only happen if you you have another Sprintax Calculus account where you have entered your SSN/ITIN.

If you remember the credentials to your previous account you can log-in to it and remove your SSN/ITIN from the system and then log-in back to your current account and add your details.

If you do not remember the credentials of your previous account, please contact us through calclussupport@sprintax.com
